Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
Here’s a bit about me and some of the passions that I have in life.
Family and Personal Interests

I was born and raised in New York’s Finger Lakes region and have had the opportunity to live and work in cities across the country, including Rochester, Pittsburgh, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. For the past 23 years, Frisco, Texas has been home. My wife, Suzette, and I share a wonderful family, including our daughter, Savannah, and our four beloved dogs.
Outside of my professional life, I’m energized by curiosity and new experiences. I’ve traveled to 34 countries across five continents and explored 47 U.S. states, gaining a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives along the way. I enjoy visiting animal sanctuaries and zoos around the world, and I’m a lifelong sports enthusiast with a particular passion for football and Formula One racing.
When I’m not traveling or cheering on a race, you’ll likely find me building scale models, watching a great film, skiing, or biking. These interests keep me balanced, inspired, and continuously learning; the same mindset I bring to my work and relationships every day.
Career

After graduating from Cornell with a degree in economics I began my career in retail with May Company Department Stores. In 2000, I was recruited to lead merchandising and planning for zZounds.com, a Paul Allen funded startup that became the world’s first pure play eCommerce site selling music gear. It was a wild ride that gave me a front-row seat to digital retail innovation.
Since then, I’ve spent more than 25 years as a retail executive with JCPenney, GameStop, and Burlington Stores. I’ve led businesses as large as $4.4 billion, driven brand transformations, and developed merchandising and finance strategies that elevated customer engagement across both stores and eCommerce.
What I’m most proud of, though, is developing people. I’ve built and mentored teams that not only delivered results but also grew into leaders themselves. That passion for helping others grow naturally led me to my current work as a coach.
What I Do as a Coach

Despite my successes in corporate life, I realized I wanted something more fulfilling. In 2021, I made a life changing decision to become a business owner. Today, I serve as a coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives: exploring business ownership. I help my clients gain clarity about their goals, evaluate opportunities they may not have considered, and build a path toward financial freedom and personal fulfillment.
For me, coaching is about more than exploring options; it’s about helping people design the life they envision with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
I enjoy my job, but it does not focus on day-to-day care. It’s more administrative. I wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives gets to know you as a whole person. Brian is very available and very resourceful. He made my family feel as if we had a partner during this journey. I signed with ComForCare on a Tuesday and Tumbles on Thursday the same week. Sometimes when life tells you it’s time to do something, things just fall into place.
